People who are Steady tend to be patient, reliable, and focused on maintaining stability. Finally, those

with a Consistent personality are detail-oriented, organized, and focused on accuracy.

By taking a DISC profile assessment, individuals can gain a better understanding of their own personality strengths and weaknesses, as well as what motivates and drives them in their personal and professional lives. They also learn their personal communication styles and how best to communicate with others. Our Process To Optimizing Your Team's Performance

We like the old adage of getting the right people on the bus. We take it a step further by getting the right people in the correct seats. Different personality types function better in different positions. Here is an example:

During the review process one will review the candidate’s placement on the wheel chart which will provide insight into how the candidate will fit within the organization. The wheel is broken out into four sections Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance. These profile sections equate to five areas of business listed below.

  • CS or SC –Technicians, and Engineers.
  • DC or CD – Operations Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, and Lead Engineers.
  • DI or ID – Sales
  • IS or SI – Marketing
  • SC or SI – Admin Staff, Service Coordinators, and Warehouse Staff
